Chinatown in Washington, DC is being gentrified rapidly, as historic buildings with traditional Chinese architecture are being replaced by new condos. This archive consists of architectural fragments from the summer of 2016, including many buildings that are slated for destruction this year. Using a handheld 3D scanner I captured architectural fragments and 3D printed them in PLA.
