Two waterproof cameras attached to a floatation device capture life above and below the water line in the Anacostia River. Images produced by a  Generative Adversarial Network AI (GAN) that I trained on the videos are spliced over top of the camera views to explore the possibility of seeing the river through non-human perceptions. The videos are inverted to further decenter the human view of the river.
